He broke the TV and threatened with violence — be careful with your exes… Incident in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The cause of the domestic conflict in Sevastopol was alcohol abuse and feelings of jealousy.
It was established that a 45-year-old local resident, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, visited his ex-wife, but not finding her at home, he decided to wait for his return. He opened the door with spare keys, went inside and, to pass the time, lay down on the sofa to watch TV. When the owner of the home returned, she tried to drive away the uninvited guest, but the man, wanting to find out who she was spending time with, started a verbal conflict. Not wanting to get involved in a scandal, the woman went into the next room, but when she heard a noise, she came out and saw that her ex-husband had broken her TV, worth more than 20 thousand rubles.— the details of the incident were announced in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.
Not getting the desired result, the jealous man grabbed a knife and threatened with violence. Seriously afraid for her life, the victim waited until her ex-husband went outside, and then immediately called the police.
The local police commissioner of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nakhimovsky district detained the rowdy, who had previously been repeatedly convicted, and took him to the nearest police department for further proceedings.
A criminal case has been initiated against the detainee under Part 1 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional destruction or damage to someone else’s property, if these acts resulted in significant damage” and Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Threat of murder or infliction of grievous bodily harm.” He faces a penalty of imprisonment for up to two years.
