During a night patrol of Yevpatoria by road patrol officers, a VAZ-2104 vehicle was stopped on one of the streets, driven by a 40-year-old resident of the Saksky district, who was driving the vehicle with signs of intoxication.
The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate officers removed the driver from driving the vehicle and offered to undergo a test for intoxication. The result was obvious and showed that the permissible limit was exceeded by more than three times. The driver of the vehicle, not wanting to be held accountable, persistently offered the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate officers a cash reward of 15,000 rubles. The man was repeatedly explained that his actions were illegal and subject to criminal liability, but he ignored the warning and left the specified amount in the patrol car. A resident of the Saksky District was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated), the vehicle was placed in a temporary detention area.
