He shot down an employee of the Russian Guard and implemented psychotropic substances — now Sevastopol goes to the colony

The evidence collected by the Main Investigation Department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol were recognized as a 40-year-old resident of Sevastopol to be sufficient to pass the conviction. He was found guilty of the use of violence that is dangerous to life and health, in relation to the representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties and the attempt on the illegal sale of psychotropic substances in a large scale (part 2 of article 318, part 3 of article 30 — paragraph «G» of part 4 of article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigative department in the Nakhimovsky district and the court established that in May 2024, a man in a personal car transported psychotropic substances. At the highway in the area of the village of Polyushko, the vehicle for verification was stopped by law enforcement agencies. The driver, fearing the detection of prohibited substances and holding accountable, in an attempt to hide, hit an employee of the Russian Guard, causing him bodily harm. Subsequently, the car was stopped using special equipment, and the defendant was detained in the area of the village of Kacha-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the department.
During the investigation, a sufficient evidence base was collected, all the necessary examinations were conducted.
A resident of Sevastopol was found guilty and sentenced by the aggregate of crimes to 12.5 years in prison with serving a maximum regime in a penal colony.
