In Sevastopol, the police detained a man who was shouting obscene language on one of the city’s beaches.
In the course of monitoring the media and the Internet, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol revealed a publication with a video in which a man, being in a public place, shouts obscene expressions. The offender was promptly identified and detained by the officers of the Center for Emergencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the operatives of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, he turned out to be a 52-year-old local resident who, in a state of intoxication, was relaxing with his friend on the city beach in the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol. Suddenly, the attacker began to loudly shout insults at all vacationers, which expressed a clear disrespect for society and violated public order— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
There is a full version of the video «screams on the beach.» Let’s just say that the «comrade» not only swore obscenities and insulted those around him, but also vilified Russia, the Russians. And, frankly, the punishment for this figure is quite mild.
With regard to the detainee, the police officers drew up a protocol on an administrative offense provided for by Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Petty hooliganism”) and the relevant materials were sent to the court for consideration on the merits. The man confessed to his deed and apologized to the Sevastopol residentsthe police said.
I wonder if he sincerely apologized, or because he was caught?
The Gagarinsky District Court, on the basis of the materials provided, found the intruder guilty of an offense and sentenced him to an administrative arrest for a period of seven days.
