Head of Crimea: Alushta and Kirovsky district show good performance discipline
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The municipalities have coped with staffing and cleanup.
The head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a working meeting on the problematic issues of municipalities. He stressed that all deadlines for the execution of instructions are set with prior agreement, respectively, all attempts to postpone the deadlines occur solely for subjective reasons.
A competent official, having received instructions, is able to determine whether it is possible to complete the work on time. It is obvious that officials are unable to cope with this. You need to take a personal part in the control process, only this will bring results. At the same time, no one is trying to complete the tasks, only trying once again to reschedule the deadlines. All those who claim that they do not understand the task are obviously deliberately misleading the authorities and simply do not want to make appropriate management decisions.— said the Head of the Republic.
According to Sergei Aksyonov, it is necessary to measure and determine the standards for the work performed per day, and to carry out further control taking into account these standards.
The head of Crimea noted Alushta and the Kirovsky district as the municipalities that best coped with the tasks set in terms of staffing with janitors, distribution, securing and cleaning of territories, and organization of work in general.
