Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov: “The West will not abandon the idea of ​​destroying our country”

The head of the Republic of Crimea in the Serious Conversation program live on the Crimea 24 TV channel expressed his opinion about the role of the West in the events taking place in Ukraine, about the upcoming holiday season, economic issues, and the development of human resources. According to Sergei Aksyonov, the combined forces of the West are behind what is happening in Ukraine, the true goal of which is the collapse of Russia.

There is a lack of decency among American and European politicians, so all our decisions must be made with this fact in mind. The West will not abandon the idea of ​​destroying our country and harming us in any way. They staked everything. Therefore, there can be no intermediate solutions on our part. You need to do your job and not listen to anyone.

Sergei Aksyonov also added that, in his opinion, after achieving all the goals of the special operation, the peoples of Russia and Ukraine will be able to come to an agreement.

Ukrainian censorship works to ensure that its citizens do not understand that for the leadership of their country they are only a tool to achieve goals. That is why our task is to reach out to people. When the reasons for what is happening in Ukraine become clear, Ukrainians will see what has really happened in recent years. We have a difficult process ahead of us, but if we are honest with people, an honest attitude will always come back. No matter how difficult the situation, we will be able to find a compromise— notes the Head of the Crimea.

Discussing the issues of reducing the influence of external factors on the processes in the economy and the development of own production, Sergey Aksyonov emphasized the importance of human resources.

As in all times, cadres are everything. It is necessary to revise the system of training specialists, the management system itself. And of course, any work should be adequately paid. Today, there are not enough high-quality managers who can correctly set the task for subordinates, and then monitor its implementation. So we need to educate leaders. The education system needs to be revised, to make it such that at the end you get a competent specialist— said the head of the republic.

Answering the host’s question about the upcoming holiday season, Sergey Aksyonov noted that a lot depends on solving problems in logistics.

We plan to transport about 1.5 million tourists by train. In addition, many people travel by road, and now there are no problems with crossing the bridge from both the Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory. Of course, today’s information agenda raises some concerns among the population that it will somehow affect the season this year.— says the head of the republic.

Sergey Aksyonov also said that about 30,000 tourism workers will receive state support in the amount of more than 2.5 billion rubles.
