Head of Crimea: “The level of corruption is gradually decreasing, but we still far from the complete purity of all processes.”
Krympress reports:
In general, our situation in this area has improved significantly in recent years. The level of corruption is gradually decreasing, but we are still far from the complete purity of all processes. The facts of corruption are still revealed quite regularly,-quotes the press service of the head of Crimea.
According to Sergei Aksyonov, the main measure of the fight against such offenses is the personal involvement of the heads of authorities of all levels.
Corruption simply does not have a place where the first persons will independently delve into the work at all stages, including the procurement management system, a system of grants or services. Closing all the controversial issues on himself, the leader is objectively able to minimize all corruption factors, — believes the head of the republic.
In addition, Sergei Aksyonov asked citizens with a request not to be afraid to report the facts of corruption.
If you do not write an official statement on the declension to commit an offense, then you involuntarily contribute to the development of the corruption component in a particular department. The prosecutor’s office and law enforcement agencies will necessarily provide your protection— emphasized the head of Crimea.
During the meeting, the chairman of the Committee on Corruption of the Republic of Crimea Andrei Anokhin reported on the current results of the execution of the plan to counteract corruption in the republic for the reporting period 2024–2025. The head of the department emphasized that all the tasks were fulfilled in full.
In addition, the participants in the event discussed the work plan of the commission for 2025–2026 and the organization of work on counteracting corruption in local authorities of the republic.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Dodonov, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Republic of Crimea Svetlana Luzhetskaya, Head of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Olga Dugarenko, others.
