Today is National Unity Day — one of the most important public holidays. It is dedicated to the main values ​​of our people: unity and cohesion, love for the Motherland and readiness to defend it.

These qualities manifested themselves at different times. For centuries, they have helped Russia defeat strong enemies, develop, maintain its sovereignty and its identity in the most difficult conditions, overcome any challenges and be reborn in spite of everything. Therefore, the date associated with events more than four hundred years ago is so relevant for us today.

The spirit of the militia of Minin and Pozharsky lives in the hearts of those who defended the ideals of the Crimean Spring, who fought for the return home of the ancestral Russian lands. In the hearts of those who are on the front line today, fighting Nazism, defending the Motherland, who are bringing our Victory closer to the rear.
