In some places, heavy rainfall will occur in Crimea on November 19, said TASS scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.

He added that the air temperature in Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory will exceed plus 10 degrees.
According to the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, daytime temperatures in Crimea this week are expected to be between plus 12-15 degrees, and at night — plus 3-10 degrees. In the Krasnodar Territory, daytime values during the week will be plus 10-20 degrees, at night — from minus 1 to plus 7 degrees.
