Hint: you can schedule your visit to the tax authority via the electronic service

A wide range of electronic services of the Federal Tax Service, posted on the official website of the service, allows you to solve almost any issue online. If a visit cannot be avoided, then the service «Online appointment with the tax authority» allows you to plan your visit in advance.

When a taxpayer uses the resource and specifies the necessary details, a message will be generated and sent to the specified email address, which contains information about identification details, the name of the service and the time of reception, the method of travel and contact phone numbers.

A taxpayer can make an appointment through the service for one service no more than three times within 14 days. One person with one set of documents is allowed to make an appointment for two or more services on the same day, but at different time intervals.

In case of delay of more than 10 minutes, the taxpayer loses the right to priority service and receives government services in the general manner.
