Homemade wiring caused house to burn down in Crimean village of Chistenkoye

According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Karelia, a fire broke out in a private house in the village of Chistenkoye in the Simferopol district the day before. The reason… The owner did the electrical wiring himself.
A short circuit occurred and the roof of the building caught fire, then the neighboring outbuilding. Upon arrival, the gas and smoke protection service carried out reconnaissance. Gas cylinders were evacuated from the burning building, and the fire was not allowed to spread to neighboring houses. The area of the fire was 150 square meters. There were no casualties.the emergency department reported.
19 personnel from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Kalmykia and 6 units of equipment worked at the site.
