Who is obliged to get through?

All accommodation facilities: hotels, hostels, sanatoriums, boarding houses, recreation houses, campsites, recreation centers, glamping.

Why is this necessary?

Since this year, it has become mandatory for all accommodation funds, it will not be possible to work without it from September 1, the work of such a hotel or glamping will simply be suspended, and aggregators will not be able to sell its services. In addition, the law provides for fines.

What are the deadlines?

Self -esteem must be undergoing until September 1. It is not worth postponing on August, often there are shortcomings in the documents, and the correction takes time.

How to do it?

• Register in the system Rosakkreditation Putting down as an employee of a legal entity through the portal «State Services»
• Determine the type of accommodation tool and fill out the checklist: enter data data and information about the object
• Carry out photo -fixation using Mobile application «Inspector»
• Rosakcreditation will check everything and enter the data to the Unified Register of Classified Objects.

What are possible errors and shortcomings?

• Lack of address of placement funds in GA FIAS
• Lack of cadastral number in contracts or error in it
• The text of the contract in the Word format together scan copies
• Violations in the documents for renting premises
• Problems with resource supply or garbage removal contracts

And the stars?

The stellar accommodation agents can at will be at the second stage after self -esteem, this has ceased to be a mandatory procedure. All stars can get all means of placement, except for campsites and recreation centers.
