Housing and communal services from July 1 rise in price by almost 12%

Krympress reports:

From July 1, 2025, housing and communal services tariffs will index. This was announced by a member of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Alexander Yakubovsky. He noted that this is a planned indexation. In different regions, the percentage will differ. On average, housing and communal services will rise in price by 11.9%.

In certain regions, housing and communal services tariffs will grow significantly. The most housing are most expensive for residents of the Perm Territory — it is planned to index tariffs by 21.1%. In the Arkhangelsk region, tariffs will grow by 20%, in the Kemerovo region — by 19.8%, in North Ossetia — by 19.1%, in the Chelyabinsk region and Mordovia — by 18%, in Tatarstan and Dagestan housing and communal services rise in price by 17.5%.

Yakubovsky emphasized that the planned indexation of tariffs is necessary for the modernization of worn communal infrastructure. The growth of tariffs is associated with an increase in the costs of resources, inflation, an increase in the cost of the export of solid municipal waste.

In some regions where special social support measures operate and high collectivity of payments is noted, the indexation will be minimal. For example, in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, housing and communal services are rise by only 4%, in Chechnya — by 5%, in Ingushetia — by 5.2%.

Earlier in the State Duma it was said that from July 1, 2025, electricity tariffs will be indexed by 12.6%, and in 2026 tariffs will grow by 9.3%.
