Housing and communal services of Kerch — a huge number of plans: repairs of 24 roofs and 10 facades of apartment buildings are planned

In Kerch, work is underway to overhaul the roofs and facades of apartment buildings. As reported by the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea, the work is being carried out within the framework of the Regional Overhaul Program. This year, a major renovation of 24 roofs and 10 facades in the city’s apartment buildings is planned. The work will be carried out at the expense of the owners of premises in apartment buildings and at the expense of the federal and republican budgets.

Currently, in terms of roofing work, specialists from the contracting organization are replacing roof coverings, rafter systems, as well as repairing ventilation shafts and chimneys.

As part of the renovation of the facades, workers clean and prime the elements and planes of the facades, install insulation (mineral wool boards), plastering and painting— said the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea.

In addition, in Kerch it is planned to replace 127 elevators by the end of this year.
