How much agricultural equipment did Crimean farmers purchase this year?
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Over the 9 months of this year, Crimean farmers purchased 2 times more agricultural machinery and equipment than was planned for 2023. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrei Savchuk. The total cost of the purchased equipment was 1.9 billion rubles.
The renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet is proceeding at an increasing rate and even ahead of schedule. Crimean farmers have already purchased more than 400 units of modern machines that can cope with any agricultural tasks. The most popular, of course, remain the units of domestic engineering giants. These are grain harvesters, tractors, reapers, plows, cultivators and other agricultural machinery and equipment that significantly reduces the time of field work and also reduces the consumption of preparations necessary for protecting and growing plants.,” commented the head of the Crimean Ministry of Agriculture.
The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea also noted that when updating the fleet of agricultural machinery and equipment, farmers in the region actively use the services of financial organizations, including preferential leasing and lending.
