How to break your whole life — «life hack» from a 19-year-old Crimean who wanted to become a drug dealer

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea approved the indictment in a criminal case against a 19-year-old Crimean. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph «g» part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed using the Internet, on a large scale).

According to the investigation, the accused, having entered into an agreement with an unidentified person via the Internet, the criminal case against which was separated into a separate proceeding, decided to engage in the illegal sale of narcotic drugs. The man received information about the location of large wholesale consignments of narcotic drugs in the region, with instructions to extract them and package them into smaller ones in order to further place them in hiding places and subsequently illegally sell drugs.

To do this, the attacker, having arrived in the area of ​​​​the Simferopol reservoir in November 2022, removed from the cache a batch with a drug derivative of N-methylephedron— said the details in the prosecutor’s office.

The actions of a resident of the region were suppressed by law enforcement officers, 51 polymer bundles with a narcotic substance were seized. The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the Central District Court of Simferopol for consideration on the merits.

Note that under this article the punishment is quite severe — from 10 to 15 years in prison.
