How unauthorized trade in Christmas trees is stopped in Simferopol

In Simferopol, according to the city administration, a special mobile group has been created to identify and suppress places of unauthorized trade in Christmas tree products.

Employees of the administration of the Crimean capital, together with authorized bodies, conduct raids to identify and suppress places of unauthorized trade in coniferous products.

As part of the monitoring of Kievskaya Street, employees of the Department of Administrative and Technical Control and law enforcement agencies discovered an illegal point for the sale of Christmas tree products. During the work, administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators, which will be considered by the administrative commission to decide on the imposition of penalties, and Christmas tree products were confiscated. The further fate of this product will be decided in court— said the administration.

The raids are held from December 18 and will last until December 31 inclusive. The City Municipal Budgetary Institution also provides assistance during events. In the last two days alone, 8 unauthorized points of sale of Christmas trees have been identified.
