The hydraulic structures and beach areas of Alushta, which suffered as a result of unfavorable climatic phenomena, were inspected by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Yuri Gotsanyuk.
The complex of restoration works is planned to be completed in June next year. He also held a regular working meeting on measures taken to eliminate the consequences of a complex of dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena in the territory of the Republic of Crimea— quotes the press service of Yuri Gotsanyuk.
As a result of the disaster in Crimea, five people were killed and 12 more were injured. The hurricane knocked down more than 2 thousand trees, damaged more than 850 roofs of private and apartment buildings and social facilities and power lines.
As a result of the storm, 159 private households, two apartment buildings, and 100 personal plots in Yevpatoria, Saki and Black Sea regions were flooded.
The necessary work to eliminate the disaster continues.
