On the morning of September 4 (at 7:05 a.m.), the Crisis Management Center received a message that in Feodosia, near the beach of the Ukraina boarding house, a man was in the water and could not return to the shore on his own. The help of lifeguards is required.

The Crisis Management Center of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Crimea organized an immediate response of a part of the diving and rescue group of the Specialized Detachment of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Crimea. Upon arrival, it was determined that the man tried to swim to his rubber boat, but did not clear his forces. Rescuers with the help of watercraft found the victim in the sea and delivered him to the shore. He did not need medical attention— said in the emergency department.

In total, from the Russian Emergencies Ministry, 4 personnel and one watercraft were involved in rescue work.
