A verdict was passed against the director of a private security organization who committed fraud in the provision of security services under an agreement with Improvement of the City of Sevastopol LLC.

Agreeing with the position of the public prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of Sevastopol, the court delivered a guilty verdict in a criminal case against the director of a private security organization. According to investigators, in February 2019 of the year, the attacker entered into an agreement with the limited liability company Improvement of the City of Sevastopol for the provision of security services for two administrative buildings of BGS LLC and the Pervomaiskaya Balka landfill in Sevastopol city.

The crime was revealed based on the materials of the prosecutor’s check with the assistance of the OEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol. The investigation was carried out by the investigative department for the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the State Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

The Leninsky District Court of the city of Sevastopol sentenced the guilty person to a fine in the amount of 150 thousand rubles. The arrest imposed during the investigation on the land plot and the dwelling house of the accused was upheld by the court.

The verdict has not entered into force.

In addition, the court satisfied the civil claim of BGS LLC, supported by the state prosecutor of the district prosecutor’s office, for the recovery of joint and several property damage in the amount of more than 1.5 million rubles from the perpetrators.
