I planned to save the Internet: in Yalta, the operatives detained the suspect in the drug dealer

Employees of the Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta established the involvement of a 37-year-old local resident in activities related to drug trafficking.
The attacker was stopped by police officers on one of the city streets. The man was noticeably nervous and could not clearly answer the questions asked. During the inspection, the law enforcement officers found and seized a polymer package from a resident of Yalta, inside of which there were two paper bundles with powdered substance.
According to experts, the provided sample with a total mass of 0, 23 g contains a narcotic drug N-methyl-ephedron-α-pyrrolidinovalerofenon.
At the place of residence of the suspect, the investigators examined, as a result of which eight polymer packages and three containers with a prohibited substance were found and seized.
The examination showed that the seized material with a total mass of 4.10 g contains the drug N-methyl-sefedron-α-pyrrolidinovalerofenon.
Also, the operatives of the Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta checked the mobile phone seized during the inspection of the attacker. It found photographs with the coordinates of places of hiding places with narcotic substances.
Employees, together with the suspect, examined the areas of the terrain, according to the indicated coordinates. As a result of operational measures, the police found and seized a polymer package with a presumably narcotic substance.
According to the attacker, the found samples are drugs that he planned to sell through the Internet by equipping caches in the city.
According to the conclusion of experts, the materials provided for the study contain a derivative of the N-methyl-ephedron-α-pirrolidinovalorophenon with a total mass of 0.62 g.
The Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yalta opened three criminal cases on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 3 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “An attempt on illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed in a significant amount”, part 3 of article 30, part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Employment for illegal sales of narcotic drugs committed on a large scale”, part 3 of Art. 30, p. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “An attempt on illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy using information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet), in a significant amount”. The defendant may face punishment of imprisonment for a period of 10 to 20 years.
