In the attendant part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yevpatoria, a message was received from the city hospital that a 26-year-old local resident was delivered to them with head injuries. According to the conclusion of doctors, the girl’s health was caused by serious harm.
Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea, together with colleagues from the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Evpatoria, as a result of the complex of operational-search measures in hot pursuit, was previously detained repeatedly convicted 33-year-old resident of the Orenburg region. It was preliminarily established that the suspect in the evening met with a girl with whom he walked around the city, in one of the bars they consumed alcohol. After midnight, the new acquaintances went to the place of residence of a man, when a verbal conflict arose between them, during which the suspect inflicted several blows to the girl. Then he disappeared from the scene, leaving a companion with severe injuries among the street,-the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Crimea said.
The investigator of the investigation department opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm to health). The sanction of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to eight years.
The detainee was chosen by a preventive measure in the form of detention.
