Illegal migrants were not allowed to cross the Crimean Bridge… and were generally expelled from the country

In Kerch, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate detained violators of migration legislation.
At the stationary traffic police post “Kerch”, traffic inspectors, together with a criminal investigation officer, while checking the documents of the driver and passengers of a car traveling to the Krasnodar Territory across the Crimean Bridge, identified citizens of Uzbekistan with violations of migration legislation.
The police found out that the violators arrived in the Republic of Crimea to carry out work and educational activities, but did not leave the territory of the Russian Federation within the period established by law— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
An administrative document was drawn up against one man for evading the execution of an administrative penalty in the form of administrative deportation from the Russian Federation.
All offenders for violating migration laws in accordance with Art. 18.8, art. 18.11, part 3 art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation brought to administrative responsibility with expulsion from the Russian Federation,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea clarified.
