Illegal migrants worked at a construction site in Saki

As part of Operation Illegal, the police checked construction sites in Saki. An incident occurred at one of the construction sites — several workers tried to escape at the sight of police officers, but were promptly detained.
When checking documents, law enforcement officers established a number of violations of migration legislation by workers at this construction site. It was revealed that five foreign citizens — builders evade immigration control, do not have appropriate patents for work, violated the 30-day deadline for processing documents after crossing the border of our state. The police also found that two of the violators are staying on the territory of Russia illegally, without documents for the right to stay— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
Employees of the Department for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» in relation to foreign citizens drew up administrative protocols under Art. 18.10. «Illegal implementation by a foreign citizen or a stateless person of labor activity in the Russian Federation», art. 11 «Violation of immigration rules», art. 18.20 “Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the term for applying for a patent” and Part 1.1 of Art. 18.8 «Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation» of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. All collected materials were submitted to the court. Based on the results of consideration of violations of migration legislation documented by the police, decisions were made to impose administrative fines and deport offenders from Russia.
In accordance with the current legislation, for violation of these violations of the migration legislation, administrative fines from two to ten thousand rubles are provided, with the expulsion of offenders from our country— the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea reminded.
