Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the offender. He turned out to be a resident of Moscow, born in 1988. Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving in violation of the Traffic Rules onto a lane intended for oncoming traffic, or onto tram tracks in the opposite direction).
