Manufacturers of natural Crimean cosmetics are able to meet the needs of Russian consumers in their products. This opinion was expressed by the Acting Minister of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea Elena Elekchyan. She visited Tiara, an enterprise specializing in the production of cosmetic products.
Tiara LLC carries out a full production cycle from the cultivation of essential oil crops to the subsequent processing of essential oil raw materials and the production of cosmetic products. The range of products manufactured by the enterprise includes about 22 items. According to the Acting Minister, there is now a revival of Crimean cosmetic brands and the emergence of new enterprises.
The Ministry of Industry of Crimea provides comprehensive support to manufacturers of natural Crimean cosmetics. As part of the implementation of the State Program of the Republic of Crimea «Development of the Industrial Complex», enterprises can receive subsidies for the implementation of measures to modernize production and certify management systems for compliance with national and international standards, as well as take advantage of preferential lending programs of the Crimean Regional Industrial Development Fund , – said Elena Elekchyan.
According to her, Crimean producers are actively involved in the process of import substitution, and their products become competitive. The issue of selling products of Crimean manufacturers on the sites of large cosmetic online stores is also being worked out.
