Important: the number in the queue of SVO participants does not change depending on the number of plots issued

First of all, it should be noted that the order of applicants for a land plot is formed automatically, based on the date and time of submission of documents to the local government body. That is, the applicant is assigned a number from the moment the authorized employee of the administration enters the data into the AIS «Land» program. Thus, land plots are provided as they are formed and according to the order. It is important to understand that this process is completely automatic and excludes manual queue management.

This system assumes that applicants who have already received documents for the provision of a land plot free of charge for ownership are not removed from the queue and, accordingly, the ordinal numbers in the program are not shifted.

When distributing a land plot, the applicant is sent a notification from the local government body where the documents were submitted. After receiving this notification, the SVO participant or his authorized representative must contact the Crimean Ministry of Property.
