The Yalta Civil Registry Office is temporarily located at 8 Baturina St. (the building of the Livadia territorial body). The reason for the move is preparation for major repairs of the building at 16 Biryukova St. According to the Crimean Ministry of Justice, the work should be completed in 2025. More than 48 million rubles have been allocated for the repairs.
Reception of citizens: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00) on a first-come, first-served basis for questions on registration of deaths and births. Other government services – by appointment by phone: +7(978)000-03-68.
