It is provided that the necessary applications and documents can also be submitted by a representative of a citizen who has a notarized power of attorney or a power of attorney equivalent to a notarized one, which confirms the person’s authority to sign and submit such applications, submit and receive documents necessary for registration of citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of residence or place of stay within the Russian Federation.
Federal Law of June 22, 2024 N 156-FZ “On Amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Right of Citizens of the Russian Federation to Freedom of Movement, Choice of Place of Stay and Residence within the Russian Federation”
The federal law comes into force on the day of its official publication.
