In 2023, 38 road network facilities and 23 bridge structures were brought to standard in Crimea

Large-scale repair work is being carried out not only on federal, but also on regional and local roads. As part of the national project “Safe Quality Roads”, funding in the amount of 10 billion 379.239 million rubles was provided for 2023. Cash utilization of allocated funds at the end of the year amounted to 100%.

The national project has a great impact on the transport infrastructure of Crimea: bridges and overpasses are being updated, new and best technologies are being used, and the safety of highways is improving. When implementing the national project, special attention is paid to areas leading to socially significant objects.

In 2023, construction and installation work was carried out in Crimea to repair roads, bridges and overpasses. The repair of 38 highways with a total length of 262.121 km and 23 artificial structures with a total length of 829.87 linear meters has been completed. meters.

Thanks to the participation of the Republic in the national project, the main task in the road sector is being solved — putting in order key areas that ensure the accessibility of social institutions, economic and tourism facilities. In 2024, it is planned to repair 193 km of roads and bring 1,090 linear kilometers to standard condition. meters of artificial structures.

Also, within the framework of the national project, special attention is paid to preventive measures to ensure road safety and the prevention of child road traffic injuries, as well as educating children in law-abiding behavior on the road.

During 2023, 134 preventive events, 98 interactive training sessions, 15 preventive events “Safety Laboratory — UID Crimea!”, 6 seminars, 136 events in the AIS “Navigator of Additional Education of the Republic of Crimea”, on-site preventive and interactive events in 123 educational institutions were carried out republics. And as part of the summer health campaign, 28 events were held at summer health sites in 28 educational organizations in Crimea.

The national project “Safe Quality Roads” makes it possible to solve ambitious tasks for the repair and overhaul of large road infrastructure facilities and is a priority area for the region.
