One-time compensation payments of 1 million rubles were received by 59 doctors, 500 thousand – by 30 paramedics, 3 midwives and 5 nurses. Specialists are employed in 19 medical organizations, the largest number of doctors are employed in the emergency medical service, Simferopol Central Regional Clinical Hospital and Bakhchisarai Central Regional Hospital,” the minister’s press service quotes.

Among the employed doctors are doctors from 19 specialties: therapists, pediatricians, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, obstetricians-gynecologists, orthopedic traumatologists, neurologists, oncologists, surgeons, dentists and many others.

The “Zemsky Doctor” and “Zemsky Paramedic” programs involve medical workers who come to work in rural areas, urban settlements, and small towns (with a population of up to 50 thousand people). Graduates of medical colleges and universities who have returned to work in their localities can also count on state support. This year, the program involves both Crimeans and specialists who arrived from other regions — Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Zaporozhye, Orenburg, Rostov, Sverdlovsk Chelyabinsk regions, etc.

Let us remind you that other measures of social support for specialists are being implemented in Crimea. So, in 2023:
