In 2023, it is planned to allocate millions of rubles to support beginning farmers in Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the 2023 year, it is planned to allocate more than 30 million rubles to support beginning farmers. Competitive selection for receiving a subsidy within the framework of the regional project «Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses» this year is planned to be held from March to May.
In addition to supporting young professionals who have completed their agricultural training and work in the Crimean agro-industrial complex, for the 5th year we will also help young Crimean farmers start their own business. For 4 years of the implementation of the Agrostartup program, state support was received by 54 peasant farms. As a result, new small poultry, livestock, crop and bee farms have appeared in the Republic of Crimea. Our young people are actively interested in the agricultural topic, offer their interesting business plans, which they then implement in practice , — quotes the press service of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrey Savchuk.
Andrey Savchuk also said that as a result of state support in the 2022 year, several vegetable farms, a raspberry and vineyard in a greenhouse, a poultry farm for the production of eggs, and a fruit storage facility for apples and pears were built in Crimea . Young farmers deliver their products to hospitals, kindergartens and schools of the peninsula, and also sell them at agricultural fairs.
Last year, about million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the regional project «Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses» of the national project «Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives».
