Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Sadakliev said that in 2023, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea received 286 appeals from citizens. Traditionally, most requests related to fire safety issues.

The most pressing issues were violations (non-compliance) of fire safety requirements in apartment buildings, during the operation of gas equipment, in gardening and consumer cooperatives, as well as in trade and public catering facilitiesnoted the emergency department.

In addition, a large number of requests were received in connection with the functioning of emergency situations in the Republic.

In 2023, there was a significant increase in the number of requests regarding the delivery of humanitarian supplies to the military zone, assistance in purchasing cars and providing military personnel with the necessary equipment and uniforms.“, the minister emphasized.

All appeals received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea were considered in accordance with its competence, and the applicants were informed of the results within the time limits established by law. In case of appeals relating to issues not falling within the competence of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea, they were sent to the appropriate authorities in accordance with the procedure established by law. The applicants were notified of this in letters of explanation.
