Every year, the Department of SFR on Sevastopol reimburses to employers the costs of conducting measures to prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases. In 2024, 67 city enterprises in the amount of over 18 million rubles received such compensation.
The program of preventive measures includes 17 areas, from which the employer can independently choose the necessary ones. Among the insurers of Sevastopol, periodic medical examinations of employees, the acquisition of personal protective equipment and a special assessment of working conditions are most in demand.
Both state and private enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, can get financial support for labor protection. An important condition for allocating funds is the lack of debt on insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and professional saps.
It should be noted that since 2025 the rules for compensation to employers of the costs of preventive measures have changed. Now employers provide only a statement and a plan for financial support for preventive measures to the regional branch of the SFR.
The campaign to receive applications from employers has already started and will continue until August 1, 2025. The status of consideration of applications can be checked on the website of the regional branch in the section «Insurers».
