The fall 2024 draft will be held using a single register of summonses. This is one of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The head of state instructed the Ministry of Defense to conduct the autumn conscription into the army in 2024 using the state information system of the unified register of summons. This is reported on website Kremlin.
Carry out conscription for military service of citizens of the Russian Federation, carried out in October — December 2024, using the state information system “Unified Register of Information about Citizens Subject to Initial Military Registration, Citizens Registered for Military Service, as well as Citizens who are Not, but obliged to be registered with the military» and a public register of sent (delivered) subpoenas (registry of subpoenas)»says the list of instructions on conscription of citizens for military service.
The President expects a report on this topic until November 1, 2024, then once every six months.
The department was also instructed to identify the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, responsible for the implementation and development of the state information system and the register of agendas, as well as to form a division of the Ministry of Defense, whose functions include its maintenance. A report on this topic will be presented to the Head of State by January 15, 2024.
Let us remind you that Vladimir Putin signed a law providing for the creation of a unified military registration register on April 14. The register information, in addition to basic data of citizens, includes: personal and passport data, SNILS, TIN, information about citizenship, including foreign, residence address, information about education, work activity, and health status. The register will not contain information constituting a state secret or a secret protected by law.
