In 2024, the list of taxable objects will be expanded in Sevastopol

CrimeaPRESS reports:

An extended meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group with the Government of Sevastopol was held at the Office of the Federal Tax Service in Sevastopol. The main topic for discussion was the current results of implementing the “road map” measures aimed at mobilizing additional budget revenues of Sevastopol through property taxation.

The meeting was attended by the head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol Alexey Mogila, the acting first deputy governor of the city of Sevastopol Alexey Parikin, the acting deputy governor of the city of Sevastopol Nikolay Pristavka, the acting deputy governor of the city of Sevastopol Maxim Zhukalov, representatives of other interested structures of the Government of the city of Sevastopol.

The participants assessed the results of the work on recognizing previously arisen rights and identifying copyright holders of previously registered real estate objects, and creating a list of real estate objects. In addition, the results of filling the state address register with information about addressing objects located in the city were considered. During the meeting, proposals from the Department of Property and Land Relations of the city of Sevastopol to expand the List of real estate objects for which the tax base is determined as the cadastral value for the next year by 2.1 thousand objects were also considered. Thus, the total number of objects included in the List for 2024 will be 6.2 thousand objects.

According to managers, the inclusion of additional real estate in the list will have a positive impact on revenues to the budget of Sevastopol.

The interdepartmental group has been functioning for more than 5 years. As part of joint agreed decisions, colossal work has been carried out to include real estate in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Today we discussed issues of increasing the level of our interaction so that situations that require a quick solution are dealt with promptly, noted A.N. Grave.

Let us remind you that each taxpayer can find out about the registration of property rights independently by requesting an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate or on the official website of Rosreestr (rosreestr.gov.ru).
