In 2024, the specialists of the State Committee on State Registration and Cadastra of the Republic of Crimea adopted and considered more than 2,000,000 applications for the registration of real estate and requests for the provision of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate in electronic form. This was announced by the chairman of the department Inna Smal during a meeting of the board held in the department.

According to the expert, the applicants are increasingly moving on to electronic submission of documents, since it is fast, reliable and convenient. If there is an electronic digital signature, you can submit documents for the services of the accounting and registration sphere at any time of the day without leaving the house.

To date, almost half of all applications arrive in electronic form, although 10 years ago there was no question of this. Dozens of services of the accounting and registration industry today can be obtained on the Public Service portal if there is a confirmed account. Thus, our services become more accessible and the applicant can get a ready -made result much faster, — said Inna Smal.

Since March 2025, Federal Law No. 487-FZ entered into force, according to which all legal entities are required to submit applications and documents for the registration of real estate only in electronic form. Recall that recently this issue was subject to a meeting at a meeting in a state house with representatives of construction companies and credit organizations of the region. Earlier, notaries, executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea and local self -government bodies switched to a bastard workflow with the Goskomarestr.
