The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea informs that on the basis Order of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea dated March 19, 2025 No. 133 «On the holding of the State Cadastral Assessment in the Republic of Crimea» In 2026, a state cadastral assessment will be carried out simultaneously in relation to all land plots located in the Republic of Crimea taken into account in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
In order to collect and process the information necessary to determine the cadastral value, the state budgetary institution of the Republic of Crimea “Center for land management and cadastral valuation” begins to accept declarations on the characteristics of real estate from copyright holders (their representatives) of the above real estate.
The form of the Declaration on the characteristics of real estate and the procedure for its consideration were approved by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of June 04, 2019 No. 318 «On approval of the Procedure for the consideration of the Declaration on the characteristics of the property, including its forms».
Declarations are adopted by the State Budget Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Center for Land Management and Cadastral Evaluation” on purpose at 295050, Simferopol, ul. KECHKKEMETSKAYA, d. 114, cab. 201, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30 to 16.30, or in the form of an electronic letter signed by an enhanced electronic signature to the email address: mail@czko.ru.
