In a bad house with bad balconies, the Crimean prosecutor's office demands repairs be made
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Crimean prosecutor’s office is demanding in court that a high-rise building in the city of Shchelkino be repaired, where two people died as a result of a falling balcony.
Arguments: during an inspection carried out jointly with specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, numerous violations of the requirements of housing legislation, fire safety, as well as legislation in the field of housing and communal services were identified when servicing an apartment building
In order to restore the housing rights of citizens of an apartment building, the supervisory agency filed a claim in court to impose an obligation to perform certain actions— reported the supervisory agency.
The court upheld the claim of the prosecutor’s office against the management organization «for the obligation to carry out repairs of an apartment building.» The actual execution of the judicial act is under control in the prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of the Republic of Crimea.
