“CRIMEA-SPAS” reported that in Evpatoria, on the street. Chapaev, as a result of unfavorable weather conditions (gusty winds, rain), the window frames on the 9th floor balcony are in disrepair. The structure hangs over the pedestrian sidewalk and poses a threat to people’s lives.
