In Alushta, a photo-flayer was punished

In Alushta, police and city administration officials prosecuted an offender engaged in illegal business activities involving wild birds.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea, earlier information was published on the Internet that unidentified persons carry out illegal commercial activities in the territory of Alushta, offering passers-by photos with wild birds.
Employees of the police department, together with the Administration of the city of Alushta, carried out a raid aimed at identifying and suppressing illegal business activities using animals, during which an 18-year-old resident of the Simferopol region was identified in one of the settlements of the urban district of Alushta, who neglected to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation— the press service reports.
As a result of the joint efforts of the police and the administration, the offender was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 3.11 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated 06/25/2015 No. 117 ZRK (violation of the improvement rules established by local governments), as well as under Art. 14.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (carrying out entrepreneurial activities without state registration as an individual entrepreneur).
It turned out that two seized individuals of birds of prey used by the Simferopol citizen for commercial purposes belong to the falcon family and are called the “common kestrel”. Now the birds are not in danger. They were transferred to the caring hands of the employees of one of the zoos in the city of Alushta.
