In Alushta, a self -built summer cafe was demolished
Krympress reports:
A resident of Alushta built a summer cafe on a land plot belonging to the state without appropriate permits. The city administration responded to this violation, filed a lawsuit in court. According to the court decision, the defendant was ordered to dismantle and demolish an unauthorized object. However, the owner of the cafe was in no hurry to meet the state. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiffs department in Alushta of the GUFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol excited executive production in the city of Alushta. In turn, a citizen ignored the legal requirements of an employee of enforcement agencies.
Taking this fact into account, the bailiff made a ban on the commission of registration actions with the object to be demolished and temporarily limited the citizen in the right to go beyond Russia. Also, for the untimely execution of the court decision, the bailiff of the department issued a decision to recover from the debtor of a performing fee in the amount of 5 thousand rubles. In addition, Alushtinka was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 17.15 Administrative Code for non -fulfillment of the requirements of a non -property nature contained in the executive document with the imposition of an administrative punishment in the form of administrative fines for a total amount of 17 thousand rubles.
Subsequently, not wanting to re -bear administrative responsibility and lose money, a resident of Alushta dismantled and demolished the arbitrarily erected summer cafe. Soon, the bailiff came out at the address of the object and drew up an act on the execution of the court decision.
