In Alushta, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate brought to justice a driver who violated traffic rules.

Previously, material was published on social networks in which the driver of a Chevrolet Aveo car in Alushta violated the Traffic Rules by driving along the side of the road, marked with road markings 1.2 (indicates the edge of the roadway or the boundaries of sections of the roadway to which entry is prohibited )— they told (and showed) the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

The offender seemed to be a local resident, born in 1971. Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 1 of Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of the rules for positioning a vehicle on the roadway, oncoming traffic, as well as driving along the side of the road or crossing an organized transport or pedestrian convoy or taking a place in it).

The sanction provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on the driver in the amount of 1,500 rubles.
