In Alushta, an official was detained for receiving a bribe

As part of the investigation of a criminal case initiated against an official by employees of the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea in cooperation with employees of the Main Investigations Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, an additional episode of criminal activity was identified by the former head of the Department of Property and Land Relations of the Administration Alushta.
It was established that in June 2022, a 52-year-old local resident, being the chairman of the competition (auction) commission for holding competitions (auctions) for the right to conclude lease agreements, purchase and sale of property owned by the municipality of the Alushta urban district, received a bribe in the amount 200,000 rubles from a 50-year-old representative of the organization for helping him win the auction. The attacker was detained in accordance with Art. 91 Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for him is being decided— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
The materials collected by the operatives were transferred to the investigative authorities for making a procedural decision.
