In Alushta, an unsuccessful drug dealer was caught. Can sit down for 15 years
CrimeaPRESS reports:
He has already been involved “for storage”, now he will answer for “attempted sale”.
In Alushta arrested a suspect in an attempted drug sale. According to police information, the 21-year-old local resident had previously been prosecuted for possession of drugs and the sale of counterfeit money.
During an authorized search of the suspect’s place of residence, police officers found and seized a plastic bag with a gray-green plant substance, parts of dried mushroom-like plants, electronic scales, packing materials and several mobile devices.
According to the expert’s conclusion, the seized substance is a narcotic cannabis (marijuana) weighing 34.30 grams in dried form, the size of which is defined as significant. The examination also confirmed that parts of mushrooms weighing 22.45 grams belong to narcotic plants — mushrooms of any kind containing psilocin.— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
The investigator on this fact initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 3 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to illegally sell narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues). The articles provide for a maximum penalty of up to 15 years in prison. A measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen against the suspect.
