In Alushta, police raided one of the construction sites to check on migrants

In Alushta, employees of the immigration control department of the migration department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea, together with employees of the criminal investigation department, conducted an on-site inspection to identify administrative offenses in the field of migration legislation. The object of the inspection was one of the construction sites in the region.
The police checked 17 foreign citizens, of which 5 were identified as citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who were in violation of the regime of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as illegally carrying out labor activities without permits.
In relation to 4 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, employees of the immigration control department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea drew up administrative protocols under Part 1 of Article 18.10 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses (carrying out labor activity by a foreign citizen or a stateless person in the Russian Federation without a work permit or patent).
In relation to 1 citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, administrative protocols were drawn up: under Part 3 of Article 18.10 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses (repeated commission of an administrative offense by a foreign citizen or a stateless person within one year); under Part 3 of Article 20.25 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses (evasion of a foreign citizen or stateless person from the execution of an administrative penalty in the form of administrative deportation from the Russian Federation in the form of self-controlled departure from the Russian Federation— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
