In Alushta, specialists inspected city beaches from the sea

The main task of the employees of the State Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Krym-SPAS» during the inspection of city beaches from the sea is to conduct explanatory work with sailors — rescuers and prevent accidents
The event is aimed at identifying compliance by users with the requirements of the Rules for the Protection of Human Life on Water Bodies. Particular attention during the monitoring was paid to the duty of lifeguards on the beaches with all the necessary equipment to provide assistance to people. In relation to OOO Neva-Kaskad 2009 (Stary Zamok beach, AL-48), the city administration drew up a protocol on an administrative offense for the absence of lifeguards during the beach’s operating hours. Also, comments were identified and orders were issued to beach users for violating paragraph 2.14 of the Rules for the Protection of Human Life on Water Bodies, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated 25.11.2014 No. 480, namely, on the territory of the beach no further than 5 meters from the coastline, stands (shields) with lifebuoys and «Aleksandrov ends» are placed every 25 meters, — the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in Crimea reported.
