CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Alushta, the prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against the director of a limited liability company. The woman is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud).
According to the investigation, a contract was concluded between the company headed by the accused and the department of capital construction and housing and communal services of the administration of the city of Alushta to carry out certification of highways in the city district. Subsequently, the accused, knowing that the work had not been completed in full, provided the customer with reports containing false information. Based on these documents, more than 580 thousand rubles were unreasonably transferred to the account of the contracting company— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.
The criminal case was sent to the Alushta City Court for consideration on the merits.
