In their speeches, the leaders of the FSBRK summed up the results of the work for the reporting period and spoke about the prospects for the development of the Federation.

The coaches of the Crimean national teams informed about the achievements of the Crimean wrestlers in 2024 — Bolat Abdulaev (Greco-Roman wrestling), Edem Muratov (freestyle wrestling) and Andrey Dobrynin (women’s wrestling).

IN Greco-Roman wrestling Emin Sefershaev won the Russian pre-Olympic championship and is currently participating in the World Championships in Albania as part of the national team. The winners of the Russian championships were Edem Paiziev (among boys under 16 years old) and Ismail Balbek (among boys under 18 years old). Ismail Balbec also won the Russian Cup in his age category. Adam Abdulaev and Eldar Emirov became bronze medalists of the Russian Cup among juniors under 21. The classics have a lot of fifth places, which means the guys are included in the national team reserves.

IN freestyle wrestling Anzor Zakuev won the Russian pre-Olympic championship and became the winner of the BRICS Games. Azamat Zakuev took third place in the Ivan Yarygin Cup. Islam Shogenov took bronze at the national championship among juniors under 21. Seven wrestlers from different age groups are included in the Russian national teams.

IN women’s wrestling Alina Kasabieva won an Olympic license for Russia, became a silver medalist at the World Championship and a bronze medalist at the European Championship among juniors under 24 years old. I believe that in 2024, despite objective difficulties, Crimean wrestlers performed with dignity in both the All-Russian and international arenas, for which, of course, honor and praise go to the athletes themselves, and first of all to their coaches. We are sincerely grateful to them and proud of their achievements,” noted Dzhemal Dzhangobegov.

Also, Dzhemal Vladimirovich, on behalf of the entire wrestling community of the republic, expressed gratitude for the constant attention and support to the Head of Crimea, the honorary president of the FSB of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov.

The conference participants were unanimous in the decision to include the Wrestling Federation of the Republic of Crimea into the All-Russian public organization “Russian Wrestling Federation” as its structural unit.
