From 2011 to 2014, he worked as a mechanic for the operation of underground gas pipelines at PJSC Krymgazseti. He was a competent specialist, responsible, decent and conscientious worker. In October 2022, Ruslan Vladimirovich was mobilized from Moscow.
Ruslan Vladimirovich Ozhiganov was a true patriot. He fought like a true patriot and was a tank commander in the Tank Battalion of the 27th Guards Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade. Died on December 30, 2023,” said the head of the Alushta administration, Galina Ogneva.
